The rates for hotels and other villa type accommodations are among the lowest that you would have probably seen in years. Many places to stay in the region are all-inclusive resorts that offer guests everything they need in a vacation, from unlimited dining, entertainment to unlimited premium drinks. There are also small villa and Airbnb operations that are available if you desire more privacy and want to be away from the larger number of people that are inevitable at a larger resort. Here is a country by country break of best places to stay in the Caribbean during COVID-19.
